Information
Natural rubber (NR) has comprehensive performance and simple processing technology. Its shortcomings are poor oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical resistance, and aging resistance, which are far behind other synthetic rubbers. Mainly used for tires, hoses, tapes, medical supplies, sports goods and some other industrial supplies.

The overall performance of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is comparable to that of natural rubber, while its abrasion and heat aging properties are superior to that of natural rubber. It is used in combination with natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It has good processing properties and is a general-purpose rubber. The main use of language hose, tires, tape. Rubber shoes, and various industrial rubber products.

Butadiene rubber (BR) has good processability, excellent wear resistance and elasticity, less heat generation, and good low temperature resistance. Flexing resistance is also good, the disadvantage is that the tear strength and slip resistance are not good. Widely used in tires, hoses, tapes, rubber shoes and other rubber products.

Neoprene (CR) has good performance in ozone resistance, weathering resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, flame retardant, insulation and water resistance, air tightness, tensile strength and other aspects. The disadvantage is poor cold resistance and large specific gravity (density). It is suitable for rubber tubes, adhesive tapes, conveyor belts, wires and cables, air-conditioning rubber products, and sealing products such as buildings, ships, and automobiles.

Nitrile rubber (NBR) can be used at a temperature below 120 degrees for a long time. It has good air tightness (second only to butyl rubber). It has excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, and tear resistance. (Note: This material belongs to semiconductor rubber Therefore, it is not suitable to be an insulating product) Suitable for hoses, seals, cable sheaths, sponge products, etc. in automobiles and machinery.

Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) can be used for a long time in the working environment of -40-180 degrees, with good processing performance, high strength, excellent wear resistance, small permanent deformation, and unique ozone resistance and hydrogen sulfide resistance. Suitable for engine sealing products, oil seals, oil fields, rubber products for drill pipes, low temperature oil pipes, air conditioning pipes, electronic system protection parts.

EPDM heat resistance and ozone resistance are weather-resistant, low temperature, electrical insulation, acid and alkali resistance. Widely used in construction, automobile, ship door and window sealing, wire and cable, automobile, motorcycle parts and other industrial products.

Silicone rubber (SR) can be used for a long time in the working environment of -60-120 degrees. It has transparent, non-toxic and odorless insulation performance and good processing performance. Disadvantages are wear resistance, tear performance and oil resistance, poor chemical resistance. Widely used in electric heating appliances, electrical and electronic industries, aviation, national defense, machinery, construction industry, medical treatment, food hygiene, and kitchen supplies, household daily necessities, etc.

Fluoroelastomer (FPM) has excellent high temperature resistance (250 degrees) and good dielectric properties, as well as excellent oxidation resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance and other excellent properties. The disadvantage is that the processing technology is more difficult. Widely used in scientific fields such as aerospace missiles and rockets, and various aspects of industrial equipment, such as hoses, seals, wires, diaphragms, tapes and other products and anti-corrosion linings.

Butyl rubber (IIR) has the best airtightness among various rubbers. It has excellent heat aging resistance, ozone aging resistance, and electrical insulation properties. Colleagues have a wide temperature range. Widely used in tire inner tubes, vulcanized capsules, water tires, wind tires, auto parts, wires and cables, hoses, tapes, building waterproof sheets, plugging materials (such as medicine bottle caps), door and window seals, and chemical equipment Wait.

Polysulfide rubber (TR) has good oil resistance, hydrocarbon solvent resistance, atmospheric aging resistance, water resistance, and good low-temperature deflection performance. At the same time, it has very good adhesion to various materials. It is used as automotive sealing material, non-drying rubber putty and chemical equipment lining, road paint and oil-resistant paint, paint, oil-resistant hose insulating glass seal, etc.

The use temperature of polyacrylate rubber (ACM and ANM) can reach 175-200 degrees, air tightness, weather resistance, heat resistance and oil resistance are all very good. The disadvantage is poor water resistance and low temperature resistance. The processing performance is difficult to grasp, and the vulcanization process is corrosive to the mold. It is mainly used for seals in the automobile industry and rubber hoses and tapes with special requirements. Colleagues are also used to manufacture wire and cable gloves and adhesives that are in contact with high temperature oil.

Ethylene ethyl acetate rubber (EVW) can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 175 degrees. It has excellent flame retardant performance and oil resistance. The product has small compression deformation under high temperature. It is suitable for subways, high-rise buildings, and marine high-performance halogen-free flame-retardant wire and cable and other sealing products.

Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a heat-resistant, weather-resistant, flame-resistant special synthetic rubber with excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance. It also has the advantages of oil resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, heat aging resistance, and flame resistance. , Widely used in wire and cable with good flame resistance and weather resistance, sealed products and industrial products such as hoses, tapes and rubber rollers that require temperature resistance, acid resistance and flame resistance.

Thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber (SBS) is currently the largest output (7%) and the most economical thermoplastic elastomer variety. Its performance is similar to styrene-butadiene rubber with more elasticity, feel, rich colors, format and low hardness products. The disadvantage is heat resistance and poor oil resistance. Widely used in handles, toys, sports equipment, shoe materials and other fields.

Thermoplastic elastomer (SEBS) is a saturated SBS made by hydrogenation. It is resistant to aging and ozone. Its original performance is greatly improved. It is especially suitable for outdoor use. The disadvantage is heat resistance and poor oil resistance. The use temperature range is between -60-100 degrees. Widely used in handles, toys, sports equipment, medical accessories and other fields.

Thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) is a dynamically vulcanized EPDM / PP blend. Cold and heat resistance, excellent elasticity, aging resistance, ozone resistance, tear strength, chemical resistance, excellent coloring performance, can be used for a long time at temperatures between -60-135. Widely used in automobiles, ships, machinery parts, hose tape and various industrial products, often used to extrude various types of sealing strips.

Outstanding wear resistance of thermoplastic polyurethane rubber (TPU), high elasticity, high mechanical strength, excellent oil resistance, excellent bending resistance, long-term use temperature can be between -40-120 degrees. The disadvantage is that there are very few varieties of low hardness. Widely used in brake tubes, oil pipes, interior parts, cables, pipes, shoe materials and sports equipment, heterosexual materials in the automotive industry.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is one of the most widely used plastic varieties at present. It is economical and has excellent flame retardancy, chemical resistance, high wear resistance, and good electrical insulation. The disadvantage is poor cold resistance, which becomes hard and brittle in winter, and its chlorine is irritating. Widely used in various industries, automobiles, construction, machinery, daily necessities, cables, etc. It is widely used in fields such as door and window sealing.
