The workshop worktables are replaced with removable and fixed stainless steel workbenches. Our company's "6S" management is working hard in strict condition. Starting in May, I went deeper to find irregularities and dead ends in details. Company leaders and supervisors visit the workshops and teams from time to time to conduct inspections and counseling, communicate with on-site employees, and specify improvement plans. Such as a series of matters such as the setting management of the special product workshop, the post-process inspection and packaging workshop logo, and the use of product turnover boxes, two-stage vulcanization workshops, vulcanization oven equipment maintenance mold inventory, and sending and receiving. 6S definition

 

1 、 Finish (Seiri)

 

Collect items in a centralized manner, distinguish items in the workplace into "essential" and "non-essential", "commonly used" and "unused", leave "essential" and "commonly used", and remove other "non-essential" article.

 

The purpose of finishing is to increase the working area; keep things flowing and prevent misuse.

 

2. Rectification (Seiton)

 

Locate, fix and quantify the items, leave the necessary amount of items, position them according to the regulations, and place them neatly and mark them.

 

The purpose of the rectification activities is: the workplace is clean and clear, at a glance, reduce the time for picking and placing items, improve work efficiency, and maintain an orderly work order area.

 

3. Cleaning (Seiso)

 

Regular maintenance and cleaning, clean up the visible and invisible places in the workplace to keep the workplace clean and tidy.

 

The purpose of cleaning is to make employees maintain a good working mood, and ensure the quality of stable products, and ultimately achieve zero production failures and zero losses.

 

4. Cleaning (Seiketsu)

 

Make the environment clean and orderly, maintain the results of the first 3S, and achieve standardization and institutionalization.

 

The purpose of cleaning activities is to make the finishing, rectification and cleaning work a practice and a system, which is the basis of standardization.

 

5. Literacy (Shitsuke)

 

Observe the rules of operation, develop good work habits, and cultivate the spirit of initiative, unity and mutual assistance.

 

The purpose of literacy is to make employees become people who abide by the rules and regulations and have a good work literacy habit through literacy.

 

6. Security

 

Is to ensure that the person and property are not invaded, so as to create a zero-fault, no accident accident workplace. The main points of implementation are: full participation, elimination of hidden dangers, and emphasis on prevention; safety is more important than anything else.
