3. Cleaning (Seiso)

4. Cleaning (Seiketsu)

5. Literacy (Shitsuke)
Observe the rules of operation, develop good work habits, and cultivate the spirit of initiative, unity and mutual assistance.
The purpose of literacy is to make employees become people who abide by the rules and regulations and have a good work literacy habit through literacy.
